When will I get my order?

Please note that we require 5 to 7 working days on average to process your order.  You can be assured that we are doing everything in we can to get your order to you as soon as possible!  Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 3 to 15 business days.  Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

How much does shipping cost?

For orders procured and shipped within the United States we offer FREE shipping. 

We have tried to reduce the shipping costs to our customers as much as we possibly can. Please note, duties and other international shipping charges are non-refundable. 

We are not responsible for customs charges. Customs may charge their own fees which are not associated with our shipping cost. They are their own entity and reserve the right to charge as they see fit.

How can I see where my order is at the moment?

Parisian Peony provides you with an excellent opportunity to track your order. You will receive an email after you have placed your order, the email will contain a 'View your order' link. This link will enable you to view the status of your order.

As soon as your order has shipped you will receive another email with you tracking information. 

This specific tracking information can also be viewed from your 'My Account' page. Once there you can view the status of your order. By clicking on the order number you can view the 'Order Details' page, the tracking information will be displayed there as well.

What if I didn’t receive my order after 3-15 business days from the time of getting the shipment notification?

Don't panic! Slight delays in shipment may occur due to various reasons like upcoming or current holidays etc. Also, please keep in mind that it might take a considerable amount of time for the customs of your country to check your package. If your delivery is significantly late, or you’re experiencing problems with tracking your order, please contact us at parisianpeony@parisianpeony.com. We will do everything we can to help you out!

Do you accept orders placed outside the United States?

We sure do! We currently offer shipping to:

We offer a flat shipping rate of $9.99 to all our international destinations.
