What is your return policy?

We are committed to your satisfaction and want to make sure you have a wonderful shopping experience with us. If you are unhappy with your product, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Merchandise must not be worn, washed, or altered. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging.

Please note we cannot offer a replacement if the incorrect shipping address was entered while placing the order. The customer is responsible for shipping costs which are non-refundable.  You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

Terms & Conditions:

  • We encourage customers to carefully read our Returns Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.
  • Refunds will be issued within 30 days from the date we receive your return.
  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate and return your item(s) for a refund. Any returns not made within this window will be rejected.
  • We provide a refund to your original payment method for all full-priced items.
  • All sale items are final sale. 
  • We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping. Please note that each item might have to be returned to a different address depending on the warehouse they came from.
  • Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
  • Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
  • All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable.
  • The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.

What do I do if my item is damaged?

We are really sorry to hear the product you have received is damaged! Please send us the following info at

  • Your Order Number
  • Item Name
  • Photos that show - Product damage as clearly as possible and a full-length photo of the item
If your item is damaged on delivery, please get in touch with us within 5 days with the information so that we can swiftly sort everything out for you.
