About Milk Fabric: Developed by German microbiologist and designer Anke Domaske, spoiled milk from organic dairy farms is fermented and spun into a silky fiber, produced entirely without chemicals and with very little water. The finished fabric retains all of milk's nutrients and natural proteins, making it antimicrobial, hypo-allergenic, temperature regulating and fully biodegradable.

She was chosen for an MBA scholarship with FIT's Design Entrepreneurs program in 2020. Her brand reflects her personal values - Arielle is a zero-waster, climate lobbyist and human rights advocate. Living in New York continues to inspire her creative, cosmopolitan and pragmatic approach to design.
